BellaGen, led by Zhu Jiankang, Member of the National Academy of Sciences, is operated by an international team of exceptional strengths and a diversified structure. More than 240 outstanding Chinese and international talents in life science have joined us, including 5 Academy Member Consultants and more than 20 visiting professors, with over half of them holding master’s and doctoral degrees. The Company has also established 2 Academy Member Workstations to provide strong team support for technological innovation, product development, and industrial incubation of gene editing.
Advisory Team
Gathering global life science elites
Taking the establishment of Academy Member Workstation and Advisory Board as an opportunity, we founded the Expert Advisory Committee consisting of Academy Members, Zhu Jiankang, Kuang Tingyun, Brian Larkins (University of Arizona), Harry Klee (University of Florida) and Michael Thomashow (Michigan State University), gathering global intellectual resources and providing intellectual support to smoothen the implementation of the gene editing industrialization projects.

Alliance of Senior Management Personnel
The management team is led by Dr. Li Feng, who has extensive experience in management and operation, having been heavily involved in establishing Shanghai Center for Plant Stress Biology, CAS. In order to promote the industrialization of the projects, a group of scientific development and management talents led by Dr. Li Guofu and Dr. Niu Xiaomu, who have worked in scientific research and operation at international seed companies such as DuPont Pioneer for more than 20 years, have joined us.

Talent introduction of the Company is greatly facilitated by its outstanding core team and advanced platforms. Of the over 240 researchers and employees who have joined us, 20 are visiting professors and more than 50% hold master’s and doctoral degrees.
Academy Member Workstation
By actively cooperating with the construction of Jinan Academician Valley, and upholding our principle for retaining high-end talents. At present, Academy Members Kuang Tingyun, Zhu Jiankang, and Brian A. Larkins have set up Academy Member Workstations on the plant gene editing platform to drive the industrialization and application of gene editing technology.
