Genetic Transformation

The genetic transformation platform has 9 advanced full-intelligent artificial climate chambers, which can provide a stable and suitable growth environment for plants; more than 40 ultra-clean tables, which provide a strict sterile operating environment for platform personnel. Gene editing vectors are introduced into recipient plants using Agrobacterium-mediated, gene gun and other methods and are made to work. We currently have a complete genetic transformation development system process and have developed mature genetic transformation systems for nearly twenty species, including not only conventional crops such as rice, corn, soybean, lettuce and tomato, but also crops such as Salvia miltiorrhiza, a kind of Chinese herb.
