Molecular Construction
Vectors are the medium for gene editing. The molecular construction platform provides accurate and efficient editing tools to edit plant genomes through the design and construction of vectors, which can achieve accurate knockout/insertion of target gene sequences, base/fragment substitution and multiple gene editing, etc., thus completing the change of target characters. We have built a 1,000 m2 molecular laboratory equipped with fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, multi-functional microplate reader, ultra-micro UV spectrophotometer, gel imager, Western Blot instrument, chemiluminescence system, optical density scanning analysis system and other molecular experimental equipment to meet the fluorescence quantitative PCR, Western Blot, Elisa and other quantitative assay technologies, which allows expression analysis of the edited plants at the molecular level.
